1) Book your time
Choose a time that suits your schedule. You’ll receive a brief intake form so I can understand your goals before we meet.

2) Your Breakthrough Session (60 minutes, private)
We ground first (breath + body), then work through your story, pain points, and patterns. Together we craft boundaries, next steps, and relief techniques you can use immediately.

3) After the call
You’ll get a concise session summary, custom scripts, and your 7-day plan. You can refer back anytime as you take action.
